The Department of Family and Community Medicine (DFCM) at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine (WMed) is leading change with our patient-centered medical home model, performance improvement initiatives, and focus on improving operating efficiency. The department of Medicine at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine (WMed) is hiring faculty for the division of Infectious Diseases. Applicants with interests in ambulatory and inpatient clinical infectious diseases, teaching medical students and residents, and at all faculty ranks will be considered. There are also opportunities and resources to support clinical, laboratory, and educational research. The division has plans to start an accredited infectious disease fellowship program within the next 2 years. Leadership opportunities within the division and/or department is available for candidates with experience and track record of academic achievement and leadership.
